What we do: licensed freight forwarder & customs broker, door-to-door import from 100 kg (air) or 3 W/M (sea), and smaller shipments from 5 kg by air or 0.1 CBM by sea (0.2 CBM from Foshan/Guangzhou) through our DDP consolidation (Drop Point), where the rate already covers freight, customs clearance, duty and taxes, and delivery to the address.
What we do not do: buying or paying suppliers on your behalf (sourcing), and personal parcels below those minimums.

1. Sea & air freight

Sea LCL (from ~1 CBM) & FCL (20ft/40ft), plus air freight for urgent or high-value cargo. Consolidation available for smaller volumes.

2. Import duty & FTA

Goods from India can qualify for 0% import duty under the ASEAN-India FTA (Form AI), if origin criteria & documents are met. VAT (11%) & PPh still apply.

3. Customs clearance & Importer of Record

Licensed customs broker (PPJK) handles PIB, duty/VAT/PPh and permits. No Indonesian company? Our Importer of Record imports under our license (full DDP).

4. Door-to-door delivery

One price, one partner: pickup at origin, freight, Indonesia customs, taxes and delivery to your door in Jakarta or nationwide.
